About Me 2.0

Me 2.0 started from a simple observation: most relaxation content treats every listener the same way, but the actual reasons people are stressed, sleepless, or afraid of a specific moment are personal — tied to their own work, their own relationships, their own history with the thing they're struggling with.

So we built two layers. The first is free: single, focused sessions, each one built around one everyday moment — the kind of thing you'd recognize in your own week without needing a clinical term for it. You can find these on the Me 2.0 YouTube channel and as articles on this site, and they're free to use, for anyone.

The second layer is the app. If a few of those everyday moments feel connected — like they keep coming from the same underlying place — the app runs a short interview to understand your own situation, and builds a multi-stage program around that, instead of a generic course everyone gets the same way.

We're careful about what we claim. Me 2.0 is a support tool for relaxation and self-improvement — not a medical or mental-health service, and not a promise of a particular result. We'd rather be honest about what this is than oversell it.
